INDUSTRY STANDARD

Townsend Appraisals has been performing insurance valuations since long before appraisal valuation software programs were available, and we still use our original proprietary Excel-based program at the request of many of our clients. We also use the CoreLogic Commercial Express software program to comply with the requirements of insurance underwriters such as Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.
Whichever program is appropriate for our clients, we guarantee our insurance appraisals are accepted by all insurance companies and underwriters.
